A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to all purchases with in Australia.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Depending on your location, your order may take between 2 and 14 days to arrive.
Please refer to your tracking number for a delivery status update on your order.

RETURNS POLICY
Items are accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable condition within 21 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If 21days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit. Some exclusions may apply.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must contact us before attempting to send anything back to us.
Hachigo offers complimentary shipping for any faulty item that you’d like to return. Free return shipping is offered for orders shipped in Australia only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your exchange or store credit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when making a return. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Please email shop@hachigo.com.au for instructions on creating a return and printing a shipping label. Then lodge your item at a Post Office, or drop it into a red street posting box.
Refund - Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please email shop@hachigo.com.au.
